Since joining the Family Office Services and its affiliated law firm in 2005, Lara has supported the attorneys and paralegal staff with managing a variety of document management and client relationship responsibilities. In her current role as a Case Manager, Lara organizes and scans all client documents and, when requested by the client, develops client lock boxes and binders with all balance sheet, asset management, legal, tax, insurance, and cash flow documents organized in one place. She uses her project management skills to assist with case tracking and implementation. She logs invoices, vendor agreements, and other communications to help provide comprehensive Family Office Services to our clients.
Lara Johnston helps manage design, drafting, and funding of trusts. She helps clarify clients’ statements of vision and values in order to guide consistent document drafting throughout each phase of the plan development and implementation process.
When advisers and potential clients contact our office for information about our services, Lara provides various brochures, pamphlets, and links to web resources. She also maintains passwords for clients who have us maintain documents in confidential web-based lock boxes.
